How to Submit a Review FAQ

LitPick promotes reading and writing among young adults. We are exclusively dedicated to providing preteen and teen opinions on new young adult literature by encouraging students from 4th grade through college to read and write reviews on new young adult titles.

Please become a member of our growing online LitPick community. By becoming a member, you can share your perspective on young adult literature with our student reviewers and with other LitPick members by creating new forum topic and by adding your voice to current forum discussions.

Authors, publishers, and publicists who are members will have the chance to converse with our student reviewers through the LitPick forum where there are discussions about specific books, reading, and other related young adult topics.  Parents and educators can also join in these forum discussions for insight into what books are hot among today's young adults.

You will also receive special, member-only content, giveaways, contest announcements, and other exclusive offers. Once a month, you can also choose to receive our newsletter which highlights new and advance books that our student reviewers have liked during the preceding month.

There are two types of membership:  a Litpick membership is free and gives you access to the website and contests and giveaways only.  Student Reviewer is a different type of membership that requires you to fill out an online application, list a faculty sponsor (Mrs. Nocita), and pay an annual fee.
You cannot submit reviews unless you are a Student Reviewer.

Who are we?
LitPick is a worldwide network of preteen and teen book reviewers offering book reviews written by young adults on young adult books.

Who can become a LitPick student book reviewer?
Any student from fourth grade to college can become a LitPick student book reviewer.

Do you have to be a good reader to become a LitPick student book reviewer?
No, not at all. You just need to love to read books.

Do LitPick student reviewers get to keep the book that they review?
Yes, reviewers keep printed review books after their review is posted on our site. Reviewers can also keep eBook review copies. However, the LitPick honor code for student reviewers includes a pledge not to share print or eBook copies with anyone else out of respect for the authors and publishers who have entrusted us with these review books.
